Club Objectives
The Ford Mindfulness Club promotes wellbeing through mindfulness-based practices and education. We build the skills of empathy and compassion to enhance our work, our relationships, and our human experience across the globe.
Other Info
We currently provide multiple, daily virtual sessions around the globe, Monday-Friday. Our sessions are secular, science-based, low pressure, and no prior experience is needed to participate. Established practitioners and newcomers alike are welcome to join us for mindfulness discussions, practice, and events.
